1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StoryBloc (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StoryBloc is a creative platform that enables users to produce audiobooks, audio dramas, AI-generated characters, and immersive narrative worlds. The Service provides tools for writing, voice synthesis, audio production, and story publishing. Features may change or be updated at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. StoryBloc will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant StoryBloc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload, create, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without express written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StoryBloc and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. All AI-generated assets produced using the Service are subject to the terms outlined in Section 4.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service are available on a subscription basis. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. StoryBloc does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StoryBloc and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
